About Ole Ohlendorff
… he started his artistic career in the 1980s, when the ‘Black & White’ Easyrider works arose. The artist began to show his pictures on festivals and anniversaries of motorcycle clubs. The first exhibition was in 1992 on the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Jamboree of the motorcycle club ‘Born to be Wild’ with RAMMSTEIN on stage and MOTORHEAD as headliner. Since then, Ole Ohlendorff has been known as a cultural awardee in the rural district Hamburg-Harburg and gained great success with his project ‘DEAD ROCK HEADS’, which was initiated in 1996. Until today, there are about 200 pictures of musicians (DEAD OR ALIVE) being displayed, e.g. in the German Rock ‘n Pop museum. Ole Ohlendorff never stops searching for new life stories to eternise on a linen cloth.
