Our Head Chef Max Hohlfield naturally collaborates with regional farmers during the asparagus season. We serve fresh asparagus from Northern Germany which is cultivated in Lunenburg Heath. Located in a natural reserve, the Voss family have run their asparagus farm Cassenhof for several generations now. The sandy soil offers perfect conditions for growing aromatic asparagus and golden potatoes.
